Our Core Value Award

Our Core Values help us attract the talent we need to serve our clients well and thrive as a business. To recognize employees who make outstanding contributions that show our values in action, USi established the Core Values Award program. Based on nominations from supervisors and peers, USi's Core Values Committee—a group of volunteers from within the organization—selects three winners every quarter.
